    Description

    This is an outstanding and high quality 1882 indenture deed document on old parchment for a "Lot or piece of ground with the three story brick Messuage or Tenement thereon erected, situate on the East side of Sixteenth Sreet (No. 527) at the distance of forty eight feet Northward from the North side of South Street, in the Seventh Ward of the said City of Philadelphia . . . ".  Very high quality document with no rips or tears and all writing perfectly legible.  It looks like it was just drawn up yesterday! The document measures about 24 inches wide by about 18 inches high and folds up nicely to about 6 inches wide by about 9 1/4 inches high.  Its beautifully hand written on old parchment.  The document is for a lot of land and building in Philadelphia, Pa. from The Penn Square Building and Loan Association to Sarah W.
