3 books spanning the period 1935 to 1991 and covering a wide variety of topics. The Books are as follows:
1. Modern Radio Servicing by Alfred Ghirardi.  1st Edition. 1935., 5th impression, 1943. 5.5 x 8 inches. Hardcover. 1318 pages. "A self-study training course in practical repair of all types of radio receivers." The Bible for pre WWII radio repair. The only change in the 5th impression was an update to the tube description section to show newer tubes. Condition: Edge wear. Spine ends slightly chipped. Binding tight. Pages slightly age darkened. Else Good
2. Profitable Radio Troubleshooting by Marcus and Levy. 1956. 330 pages. A professional and practical guide for someone starting a radio repair business. Nice discussion of troubleshooting methods. The last 60 pages discuss the business end of running a repair business. Slight wear to corners and spine ends. Very slight page darkening from age. Else Good. In heavily chipped dust jacket, but jacket in protective plastic cover.
3. Old Time Radios! Restoration and Repair by Joseph Carr. Paperback.  7 x 10 inches. 1991. 256 pages. A modern book that discusses the basics of vacuum tube radio receivers and such topics as useful instruments. It then discusses troubleshooting (last 70 pages)  Condition: The book has a faint musty smell but no mold or damp staining. Minor corner wear else Good.
None of these book is particularly scarce. Copies of the Ghirardi are selling for . up although a number of copies have recently sold on e-Bay for around .  The Marcus and Levy is listed a number of places for . and up, but again a copy recently sold for . on e-Bay. The Carr has sold recently on e-Bay for . If you figure the extra pain and postage if you bought these three books separately, I should be asking . for the lot.  But I want to move them so I'm putting them up for .95.  The price won't  be coming down... and I might just raise the price in a couple of weeks.  So you may want to make your move now before someone with more passion than you for restoring old radios grabs what is really something of a deal.  Your call.  Grab them now and have a nice addition to your reference shelf or hesitate and watch someone else grab this bargain of bargains.
