    Description

    Rarer WW II US 16" Garand Bayonet 1942 (AFH).  This is the rarer form of this bayonet with the 16" blade that was not shortened by the arsenal.  It is marked AFH US 1942 with the flaming bomb.  It was made by the American Fork and Hoe arsenal in 1942.  Absolutely beautiful blade with no sharpening marks or knicks.  Some scabbard wear at the tip of the blade.  Push button / press stud works well.  Locking mechanism works well also.  Scabbard shows a little light rust and paint loss.  Please see detailed pics for condition.
